How exitfare compares cheap fares to India
See how exitfare matches a nonstop flight with longer-ticket fares, compares Google Flights prices and checks a booking request before ticket issuance.

A low price is useful only if you know what it buys. exitfare’s comparison starts with the long-haul flight to your intended Indian city and looks for longer tickets using that same flight. This guide explains the method, the limits of a saved quote and the information to ask for before making a booking request.
How the fare comparison works
- 01Collect a conventional nonstop reference
For a configured route and travel date, we collect Google Flights quotes for nonstop flights. This supplies the price of a ticket ending at your intended destination, along with the first-flight details used for matching.
- 02Look at configured longer itineraries
We compare public Skyscanner listings for connecting tickets through that city. For example, our London–Delhi comparison searches London–Lucknow itineraries via Delhi. We use selected routes and dates; this is not a search of every published fare worldwide.
- 03Match the exact first flight
The comparison requires matching the flight number, airline, date, departure and arrival airports, and currency. The whole connecting itinerary must fit the configured routing. A cheaper flight on another day or to another airport is not treated as the same option.
- 04Calculate the displayed comparison price
Our pricing calculation applies a service margin to the sourced whole-ticket fare. Where an equivalent Google quote is stored, the displayed calculation is capped at that saved reference. This describes the stored comparison, not a promise to beat every current airline or agency price.
- 05Check the request before issuance
Choose the flight you want to discuss and submit a booking request. Ask for the complete ticketed itinerary, current total, baggage handling and fare conditions before payment. Price matching alone cannot establish whether ending at the connection is suitable for your trip.
Which routes the comparison covers
The configured collection includes Heathrow to Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, plus Amsterdam, Vienna, Paris Charles de Gaulle and Frankfurt to Delhi. Route configuration shows what the collector can compare; it is not evidence that every route has a saving or available inventory today. Search results depend on the dates and quotes currently stored.

What the Google Flights comparison does and does not mean
Google Flights can show nonstop and connecting journeys. We use its nonstop results as a reference for the flight to your intended destination; we do not claim that Google only lists direct flights. Google also notes that its results may not include every offer available from travel partners.
Quotes are snapshots. Inventory, exchange rates and inclusions can change between collection and booking. A stored Google reference can differ from the fare you find later. Recheck the same flight, travel date, passenger count and final payable totals before deciding that a saving still exists.
The sourced price buys the longer itinerary. Finishing at its connection and missing the final flight is skip-leg or hidden-city ticketing. It may conflict with airline conditions, and matching the first flight does not resolve baggage, no-show or rerouting issues.
What to ask our team before booking
- What is the complete itinerary, including the final destination printed on the ticket?
- What is the current total for all travellers, including charges and required baggage?
- Where will bags be tagged and collected, and what happens if cabin luggage is gate-checked?
- What do the airline’s conditions say about unused segments, changes and later flights?
- If the airline changes the routing, does the revised itinerary still suit my trip?
Your booking is confirmed only after your airline PNR and e-ticket have been issued.
Questions about exitfare prices
Does exitfare always show the cheapest fare?
No. We compare configured routes and collected quotes. Other dates, airlines, ticket types or sellers may have a lower current total. Use our comparison alongside a fresh search.
Does a displayed price reserve a seat?
No. Search results and booking requests do not hold inventory or issue a ticket. Availability and the final quote must be checked before issuance.
Why might the final quote differ?
Seat availability, the selected fare, baggage, traveller count or exchange rates may change. Request an itemised current total rather than treating a saved comparison as a guaranteed offer.
